CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

CANCELLATION

If a customer cancels an order before the order has been shipped, Suvidha may accept the order cancellation & refund the amount to the buyer within 7 working days. In such a case, the order amount will be refunded but any transaction fee charged by the bank will be deducted.

*Note – Suvidha may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped or in transit.

RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Orders are only eligible for return & exchange if:

  • The product is defective/damaged.
  • Received the wrong product.
  • The product received does not match the image in terms of color/design as seen on the website.
  • Reach out to Gaon Originals customer at care@gaonoriginals.com within 7 days from the receipt of the order to get a confirmation on the return/refund eligibility of the order.
  • One of our executives will get in touch with you, to process the return/exchange request.
  • The customers may have to share the image of the product received to initiate the return.
  • Customer may have to bear the return cost and custom duties, if applicable. Such amount shall be indicated in advance.

REFUND PROCESS

The product will go through the following internal checks before the refund gets processed:

  • The product returned should be in original condition.
  • The product must not be used or washed.
  • The product should have original tags/labels in place and folds intact.
  • The product should be returned in the same box it was delivered.

The refund may be delayed OR not get processed if the returned product does not meet any of the above-mentioned criteria.
